Northern Torch Lacrosse is coming back to West Grey!
This years camp is available to all lacrosse players in Ontario, in the following age categories (U11, U13 & U15/U17)
The camp will be 3 days, from June 20th - 22nd at the Durham Arena in West Grey. Saturday and Sunday of camp will be full days.
The camp will feature 5 hours of on-floor Box Lacrosse training and 2 hours of Field Lacrosse training from our elite coaching staff led by Alex Pace and Jake McNabb with other Pro players to be announced at a later date.
The floor/field sessions will cover many aspects of the game from basic skills like fundamentals, dodging, shooting technique and skill development to more advanced parts of the game like offensive and defensive principals, and game like situations.
Additionally, players will participate in off-field activates designed to enhance their lacrosse skills and IQ such as lacrosse specific dryland, in-class educational sessions with NLL film breakdowns and examples, and presentations on leadership and history of lacrosse. Finally, players will have a flex programming session where they will practice recovery, team building or other fun sports to increase their athletic ability and have fun while doing it!
Another special addition to this years camp is the introduction of Kaleb Martin from the Colorado Mammoth. He will be taking goalies through both box and field lacrosse specific goalie training sessions throughout the week.
